-edit- after some further inspection, I have decided that mrs. obama is obsesseddddd with the waist-cinching belt. In maybe 50% of her photos, she has some sort of belt (thin or thick) on her waist. Her calves also appear a lot better when she wears heels with some height (2”+), not the kitten heels she tends to gravitate...
